With experience comes education. We formed Socium Innovations having decades of experience in the software industry. Through this experience we have learned what makes good software, but good has never been enough for us. We share that common drive and it translates to greatness for our customers. Dan joined Socium Innovations as Executive Chairman and a founding member of the team with more than 25 years of experience in the health insurance technology industry, including executive roles in sales, marketing, operations, software development, financial management, and corporate development.

Jerry is a Managing Partner and founding member of the team with more than 15 years of experience in the health care and human resources technology industry, including executive roles in sales, partnership development, market development, emerging markets, strategic solutions, innovation, product development and operations.

Curt is a Principal Consultant with over 25 years of experience in the health care and insurance industry. He has held many roles from hands on development and analysis to executive leadership. Vince’s career has been focused in working with technology organizations with an emphasis in healthcare. He has expertise in a wide range of areas including software acquisition and implementation, sales, marketing, planning, start-ups, emerging markets, capital investments, health plan operations, population health, user experience dynamics and client management/satisfaction. Vince maintains an extensive executive network, strategic partnerships and a very wide and deep contact base in many industries.

Dave Sockel

Dave Sockel

David Sockel brings over 25 years in sales leadership, strategy, marketing and operations for top-tier consulting firms, including 20 years experience in the health care technology industry. At Connecture, a company he co-founded, David has held a number of executive positions, including Chief Revenue Officer and EVP, Corporate and Product Strategy. David also led many of the company’s capital raising activities and initial public offering (IPO). Prior to joining Connecture in 1999, his most recent position was senior manager at Ernst & Young Health Care Strategy Group focusing on market expansion opportunities for health plans and providers.

Dana Leopold

Dana Leopold

Dana’s career in technology spans 16 years, 13 of which have been in the insurance industry. Dana has extensive experience in enterprise wide client implementations, including both COTS and custom projects. Her skills range from lead business analyst / project manager to senior sales engineer / solution design architect to General Manager for product lines. Dana has served with the executive teams in the following areas: sales, partnerships, emerging markets, innovations and operations.
